What's Pappafò
Il Pappafò was a typical dish of our territory. A poor dish, made with vegetables that were available at the moment: "cimette di cavolo", "crispigne", "scaccialepri", "beccapalombe", "grugni", "erbe selvatiche" then cleaned, boiled and seasoned with olive oil and salt.
